Overview
Hydraulic breakers use the chisel principle to destroy objects by striking the rod at the tip. They are typically attached to the end of a hydraulic excavator and used for excavating bedrock, splitting rock into pieces, and crushing concrete at road construction, quarry, tunnel construction, and demolition work sites.
In recent years, the box frame structure that emphasizes quietness has become mainstream, taking into account the noisy environment. By enclosing the striking part within the box and using a special damper, it effectively suppresses the unpleasant metal striking sound.
Implementation
- Places subject to excessive vibration and impact due to impact during work.
- Places that need to be opened and closed when parts are replaced and cannot be welded.
Improvement
- Can be easily removed during maintenance, reducing maintenance work.
- By not loosening, the period of maintenance was extended, which greatly contributed to the reduction of total cost.
