Overview
A double-bearing nut was used to stop the rotating shaft that drives the specially equipped vehicle, but with the double nut, it was not possible to fasten with the appropriate axial force, resulting in loosening.
Implementation
- Places where proper axial force fastening is required to stop the rotating shaft of the drive part of a specially equipped vehicle.
- Places where looseness can lead to serious accidents.
Improvement
- There is no need to construct a shibori, and the construction work can be reduced with proper tightening.
- We were able to eliminate looseness by tightening with proper axial force.
- We were able to reduce maintenance management and reduce maintenance costs.
