Overview
The track structure is divided into two main parts. One is the chassis, which is the main body of the truck, including the driver’s seat and wheels. The other part is the mounting (body, upper goods) part, which is the pedestal part on which the luggage is placed. In order to connect the chassis part and the mount part, the chassis frame and the body frame are connected and integrated with bolt-type opposing brackets, U-bolts, and hard lock nuts.
Implementation
- The loading platform is particularly prone to loosening when the weight of the load is transmitted, stopped, or curved.
- Locations subject to constant vibration due to weather conditions such as road surface conditions and strong winds.
- Places where legal inspection and maintenance are recommended every 12 months.
Improvement
- We were able to solve the safety issue because the screw did not loosen until the legal inspection date.
- No more loosening of screws, and the burden of periodic retightening has been greatly reduced.
- Since the screws do not loosen, the safety of the vehicle itself has been greatly improved.
